		<description>Thanks for reading Christina.  The fear of injury is not a horrible thing, just take it slow and push your limits a little at a time.  You will be flying in no time. 

I have never tried the wake kite, but it sounds like a really good time in the right conditions.  Thanks again!</description>

		<description>John, I love to go Mountain Biking also!  It is perfect to keep the legs going, and I couldn&#039;t agree more, it is hard to build the legs in the Midwest.  One good way I have found is to find a tow rope and ride that for awhile without stopping.  That will get your legs burning.  A few parks in MI have rope tows.  I love them!
